Breadcrumb: She Heard…

SHE HEARD…
(The seeds of faith were planted) “So faith comes from hearing [what is told], and what is heard comes by the [preaching of the] message concerning Christ.”
–Romans 10:17 (AMP)
SHE BELIEVED…
(Like Abraham–FATHER of the Faith–She staggered not at the promise of God)
“But he did not doubt or waver in unbelief concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong and empowered by faith, giving glory to God, being fully convinced that God had the power to do what He had promised.”
–Romans 4:20-21 (AMP)
SHE STOOD STEADFASTLY AND PRESSED IN…
(She acted upon her faith.)
She pressed through the crowd and touched the hem of His garment because this is what she had heard would make her whole.
“Let us seize and hold tightly the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is reliable and trustworthy and faithful [to His word];”
–Hebrews 10:23
SHE KNEW AND SHE SPOKE WHAT SHE KNEW…
(She was absolutely and utterly convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was healed [sidenote: notice that doubt brings darkness that blocks out the light of truth])
SHE FELT THE MANIFESTATION OF HEALING IN HER BODY…
Her FAITH (in the promise/truth of Christ) had made her whole.
SHE HONORED CHRIST AND TESTIFIED OF WHAT HE HAD DONE…

“And Jesus went with him; and much people followed him, and thronged him. And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague. And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? And his disciples said unto him, Thou seest the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing. But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth. And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.
—Mark 5:25 (KJV)
