God is the author of PATIENCE. The Holy Spirit working in us brings us to a place of resting in the patience of Christ with ourselves and others.
You are Father’s precious beloved little one. You are the object of His love. Each and every mistake and weakness is an opportunity for Him to multiply His superabundance of grace and pour out new and more tender mercies upon you. Your strength is totally in Him. His Grace fortifies you. Because of His love for you, He extends unlimited grace and mercy into every area of your life to strengthen you and lead you into a place of greater Glory. (The heavy weighted manifestation of God’s promises in your life, NOW!)
With open arms and righteous hands He upholds his beloved children, nourishing them in His light, causing them to bear fruit. We are Hidden in Christ and able to stand righteous and confident before God because of Jesus.
Understand and believe that He’s not keeping score of what’s not good with you…
He’s not counting your mistakes and finding ways to punish and deprive you of His blessings and gifts. Our awesome God is showering His loving kindness upon you-gently leading you-waiting patiently with you. (Never leaving, always covering, eternally abiding in you, ever interceding for you).
He exceeds all earthly concept of patience because He is the creator of all GOOD things. Patience is a GOOD thing!! He is the Father who loves you unconditionally and knows your every thought and weakness. His work in you is perfect. Trust Him.
“The grace of our Lord [His amazing, unmerited favor and blessing] flowed out in superabundance [for me, together] with the faith and love which are [realized] in Christ Jesus. This is a faithful and trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance and approval, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost. Yet for this reason I found mercy, so that in me as the foremost [of sinners], Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example or pattern for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.”
–1 Timothy 1:14-16 (AMP)
Remember, GOD IS LOVE! These are the attributes of His perfect Love, His fullness, His essence:
“Love endures with patience and serenity, love is kind and thoughtful, and is not jealous or envious; love does not brag and is not proud or arrogant. It is not rude; it is not self-seeking, it is not provoked [nor overly sensitive and easily angered]; it does not take into account a wrong endured. It does not rejoice at injustice, but rejoices with the truth [when right and truth prevail]. Love bears all things [regardless of what comes], believes all things [looking for the best in each one], hopes all things [remaining steadfast during difficult times], endures all things [without weakening]. Love never fails [it never fades nor ends]… ”
–1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (AMP)
HE doesn’t throw His beloved away, Instead He Upholds the fruitless, bringing them into even more of His marvelous and nourishing light–causing them to bear fruit!!
“I am a true sprouting vine, and the farmer who tends the vine is my Father. He cares for the branches connected to me by lifting and propping up* the fruitless branches and pruning every fruitful branch to yield a greater harvest.”
John 15:1-2 (TPT)
[*The Greek phrase can also be translated “he takes up [to himself] every fruitless branch.” He doesn’t remove these branches, but he takes them to himself. As the wise and loving farmer, he lifts them up off the ground to enhance their growth. In the context, Christ’s endless love for his disciples on the last night of his life on earth seems to emphasize God’s love even for those who fail and disappoint him. Peter’s denial didn’t bring rejection from Jesus.]
