God’s Cascading Love
The Spirit of the Lord is inside of you, dispensing his love into you, causing it to cascade over you and into you continually. Every need inside you is remedied in the flow of his cascading love. It is relentless and continual, a 24/7 life source available to you because you are in Christ.
“The Endless Love of God”
You exist under the smile of heaven. You delight the heart of our heavenly Father simply because you are his. And each morning is a fresh beginning in him, full of mercy and even more love. God’s love is a covering for us. His endless love covers our sin, and “because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness” (Lamentations 3:22–23 NIV).
“When the Time Was Right”
We are always ready for God to come to our rescue and bring our “new day,” but we can trust him to show up right when he should. His timing may not always be our agenda, but it is always heaven’s agenda, and it is impeccable. There is an “appointed time” God has designated for your breakthrough, and you can trust him with the timetable.
“While We Were Still Lost and Ungodly”
What king is kind to his enemy? This is proof of Jesus’ amazing love. He himself said that there is no greater love than a someone who lays his or her life down for friends (see John 15:13), but he went even further. He died for his foes as well, in order to bring them to his heart and make them his friends. Jesus Christ is a lover. He is love itself. When we face difficult people or life’s injustices, we can look full into his wonderful face and see what love would do. Love washed Judas’ feet. Love said, “Father, forgive them.” Love died for the whole world in order to redeem a bride. Jesus is love personified!
